Terms of use
These terms govern the use of the game "ESG: Hardcore Mode" provided by Greenometer.
1. Nature of the game
The game is educational and promotional. Scenarios, figures and regulations shown are simplified and do not constitute legal or ESG advice.
2. Access
The game is free. Access requires a work email address and acceptance of the privacy policy and these terms.
3. Acceptable use
Entering someone else's data, submitting forms automatically and attempting to disrupt the service are prohibited.
4. Intellectual property
The Greenometer, Regumeter and Magic Import marks, graphics and game content are protected by law. They may not be copied without our permission.
5. Liability
We do our best to keep the game running correctly but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. We are not liable for decisions made based on game content.
6. Changes
We may update these terms. The current version, with the date of the last change, is always available on this page.
